Teleducação para impulsionar a educação permanente na atenção básica em saúde no Brasil: uma revisão sobre inciativas e desafios

The aim of this article was to investigate the initiatives undertaken to promote continuing education for primary health care workers, mediated by the tele-education modality. This was a review study, with consultation of databases accessed through the Virtual Health Library and PubMed, between October and December 2023. According to pre-established inclusion criteria, 13 articles were selected. After analysis and synthesis, it was identified that the method of choice for the studies was descriptive, with a qualitative approach and the thematic focus centered on the offer and evaluation of tele-education resources for workers allocated to the Unified Health System. Tele-education was conceived as an executable strategy and its potential to corroborate the training of the multidisciplinary team in primary care stands out, as it provides communication, interactivity, contact with large centers and a support network for resolving local demands. Access and adherence are perceived as intervening factors, and there is still a need for better adaptation of human and technological resources, such as connectivity. It was established that tele-education tools are already widely used and can strengthen the proposal for permanent education in the SUS, but the strategy still needs to be better publicized and sensitized amongst professionals and have more incentive or support for the implementation by managers.
